Copy/pset labe;limage from Photoshop Elements?

Two questions actually: First, does CD-LabelPrint 1.4 work with Windows 10 (64-bit)?

I am using Photoshop Elements (.PSD) files for labels.

Currently I have 300+ Photoshop Elements image files (8.27" x 11.6") with specific center hole placement. I print directly to CD form these CD label images.

Is it possible to design one's label within Photoshop Elements (12) and then copy/paste .PSD images onto the CD-LabelPrint screen?

Yes, CD-LabelPrint 1.4 is compatible with Windows 10 (64-bit). It is possible to design labels within Photoshop Elements and then copy/paste the .PSD images onto the CD-LabelPrint screen.
