Does Total Assistant work with Office 365

My Operating system is Windows 10 however I do not have a locally installed copy of Word. I use Office 365 via my web browser. When I attempt to run Total Assistant to perform a word count I receive several error messages essentially saying Total Assistant is unable to locate Word. The program then closes.

Is it possible to configure Total Assistant to work with web browser based Word? If so, How?
