I get error 1935 while installing VMware 3.1.5 to use windows 98 on windows 7 machine

While installing VMware 3.1.5 on windows 7 machine, I got error 1935. VMware sdtopped installing and uninstalled whatever it had installed. When searched for error 1935, it said regsvr32 mfc90.dll missing. How do I get regsvr32 mfc90.dll and where should I save it. Please guide me and email those two files. Thank you. Bak Patel
