uninstall WePrint incomplete - how to resolve

I have newer printer that handles iOS printing and no longer need WePrint on my Win10 pc. I ran uninstall from (IIRC) Control Panel/programs but after several reboots, still see wePrint loading on startup. Yet its no longer listed in the Program files.
How do I complete removal??? Thanks
