Not able to connect to server

I have downloaded star connect BOI app on my desktop. I am using it regularly. Today suddenly I got message while connecting that FAILED TO CONNECT SERVER> PLEASE CHECK YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION. As per your guide line if I go to setting then please let me know what is meant by proxy server and how do i find those details.
