Where's my link?

I found a pandigital photo pocket frame and I needed to download 'Pandigital Photo Manager'. So I clicked download and it said to enter my email, so I did. It also said 'We will send you link when our library is updated.'. I thought it would take 1-2 hours, but its been 3 weeks and they still haven't sent me my link.
