SCRIPT ERROR boxes does not auto populate

HELP!!

While filling the Ebir form 1701 version January 2018, I encounter these type of error.

"The value of the property 'computeTxtPg2I23' is null or undefined, not a Function object"

I also noticed that the form does not automatically populate the boxes. Hope you can help.
