In order to repair your game, you will first need to make sure if those files belong to DLC or not. Although you install the game from scratch, it is possible that the missing FF files belong to a released DLC which you will need to buy.
But you can try and perform a new installation of the game, and observe the symptoms. If the problem persists, then you will need to buy the DLC to get the files.
