How can I connect the TV to the media server program?

Does anybody know how to connect the TV PHILIPS to the media server program, so that I can have access to the Internet on the TV?

If your TV has network capabilities,then you will need to connect a LAN/UTP cable from your router to the TV. In either cases where you use a router or a media server you will need to connect the TV to Internet using a LAN cable connected to the network plug on the back side of the TV.
