Music is not working

The music is not working even though we have the correct zones and playlists selected. We tried restarting the server and creating new playlists but nothing is working. Is there customer support I can call or can someone walk me through solving this issue?

May be, you have pboblems with audio drivers?

When working, I often listen to soothing music, which reduces stress during working hours. When I get home, I often listen to strong music because it is quite comfortable at home to dance.
