I have bought and paid for two copies of Tuneconvert Media Toolkit. I can reinstall, but it will not activate. I have all kinds of proof of purchase and the installation and authentication ids on screen capture. I use this so I can listen to my audiobooks in the car. I am on a fixed pension and it is tiny. Please tell my how I can reactivate my two copies. The motherboard is gone for one and the other has a new hard drive. The old one is completely corrupt. I cannot find the backup.
