Hi, Been using Omega Cut Pro (2.7.0.2) for years with NO problem. We moved store locations and I guess they removed the dongle when they disassembled computer, cutter, etc. Reassembled at new store and now program does not recognize dongle. So I am dead in the water with orders pilling up. Had a
computer guy come in and look and he told me dongle somehow is now bad.
What do I do now?? How can I get a new dongle or get operational. Any help appreciated.
