Failed to download this video file when uploaded from youtube

i m try to play the video file from youtube using the Coc Coc browser but when i see the top left corner of a video player screen after the few seconds to download.when i choose the small quality of the video file and press the download button to get this video file and when it has reached out of 8.4 MB of the video file to download and revealed the message says 'unsuccessful - network error' appears.how can i solve to fix my problem?

To download this video file, you must to use the Camtasia Studio, CamStudio or other programs like Adobe Captivate to record your screen, Once it have been recorded, you must save your video file and edit video using this app like Adobe Premiere Pro (or Sony Vegas). To edit this video file before downloading, import AVI files in your library and add to the timeline, import an another the sound file and then add to the timeline. Once done, export to MP4 file using Adobe Premiere Pro (or Sony Vegas) after downloading.
