I was fighting a lot with Catalina newer versions and iVMS 4200 Version 2.0.0.10
Finally, I’ve used EasyFind App to delete absolutely all files and folders named with words like Hikvision or iVMS.
This was the solution for me. After install iVMS 2.0.0.10 again I can use this App without any problem.
