Windows 8 has barely been released and I don't think you will find a proper driver in the following weeks or months because it's too early for that. Many companies try to update their drivers for their devices but if your webcam works with a generic driver, you can connect the webcam to the computer and perform a scan for updates. If there is a driver found, Windows Update will notify you and you'll have your webcam installed.
Also, please check the developer's site from time to time because they will surely update the drivers for their devices.
