Why does my Nokia Asha 311 can not install Line application?

The Line application is available for the following operating systems and platforms only: iPhone, Android, Windows Phone, Blackberry, Windows PC, Mac OS X.

If you want an alternative for Symbian you can try Viber (which has been released recently) or WhatsApp.

LINE Asha version will be available in March 2013.
