Is there a known way to make HR editor work with Win 10?

Question

I had HR Editor 2.2 installed on my laptop with Win7. it worked great and I had no issues. I need the program to interface with Hirata robots and controllers for work.
My company recently renewed their PCs and we upgraded to Win10. I noticed HR Editor no longer works.
