Adobe provides only Adobe PDF Toolbar which you can install only when you install a PDF related product that is released by the same company. The toolbar is found on Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe Reader.
The toolbar will be available only in Internet Explorer and you will need to select Enable third-party browser extension for the toolbar to work properly.
