I had the same problem with an old version too, Tech support told me to but all 7's for a code. I am not sure if this application still works. Be sure you have a group number as well or no codes will work. Call Tech Support they will help you. I am using QB 2002 Pro, and have no problems with my original code. If it's not a purchased program than you have limited resources available for you. Good Luck and I hop this helps.
