Issues installing Melcosim Ver 5.4.0 on Windows 10 1809ver

I checked and Windows 10 version1809 comes with preinstalled .NET 4.7.2 and when I try to install Melcosim ver5.4.0 I get message "This setup requires the .NET Framework version 3.5 Please install the .NET FW and run this app again..."
How can I bypass this issue since .NET is already installed ??
Is Melcosim V5.4 compatible with Windows 10 ??
