Click the Start button, pick Run..., type msconfig, and press Enter.
In the Startup tab, look up exe files called Power2goexpress.exe or Power2go.exe and untick their respective checkboxes.
After you restart your system, Windows will ask you if you want to keep your current settings as they are. Tell it that you do.
