Software update for Parrot using Bluetooth

I want to update the software on my Parrot CK3100. I don't seem to be able to unzip the software on my Ipad should I download it to my iPhone instead

The software only works with Microsoft Windows. I suggest to use a laptop so you can update in the car. Connecting via bluetooth can be a challenge though ...
