How do I restore the toolbar to original settings

Question

My Serif PhotoPlus5 toolbar and all it's operating commands were once displayed on down the lefthand portion of the screen with it's command functions listed at the top when one clicked on the tool you wanted to use. Soooomehow it has reconfigured it's self to the upper righthand corner of the screen and the commands are almost impossible to access, How do I restore it back to its more user friendly format

Grab the little bar of dots at the end of the toolbar by clicking and holding down the left mouse button then while still holding down the mouse button move to your desired positionand then let go of the left mouse button.
