Hi if you want to run Bluestack. Your PC must have 2GB of RAM/main memory. (Note that having 2GB or more disk space is not a substitute for RAM) Your PC must have 4GB of disk space available for storing Android apps / games and their data. You must have Dirext X 9.0 or higher installed on your system.

YES ! Absolutely... Windows 7 ultimate is great. You can easily run bluestacks on it but your system machine must have atleast 4gb of RAM and core i3 processor. Only having these specs you will be able run bluestack properly without any lag. And if you have more RAM then, you can also run many High definition game also.
