iRiver S100 Plus 4 Software

Hello, I was given a S100 model & it says in the manual to Download iRiver Plus 4 software. I cannot find any links that enable me to download. Can i use this I River Plus 3 to work with my S100 or do you know a link where I can download the Plus 4 software.

i have ASTELL and KERN AK100 . I want to upgrade firmware to 2.42. My AK100 cannot play file m4a. Help me pls.
