The history only keeps visited links. You will not be able to retrieve email accounts. If you want to do that, you will need to visit the official Hotmail service and perform password or ID recovery operations. You can access Chrome's history by pressing Ctrl+H. You have a search box from where you can search for your account or any other word you need.
