Convert Mp4 files to Cdg or BIN

Can I convert Mp4 files to Cdg or BIN, using this burner? I am using Windows 10.

Sure, the 4 major functions of Power CD+G Burner, each represented by an interface tab, are Burn, Rip, Copy and Convert.

It does not. It can split a .BIN to 2 separate files (MP3 & CDG) but not the other way around, nor can you convert MP$ to CDG. If I am missing something someone please explain how to do it.
