Genetec video player run on windows 10

Hi ,
I downloaded some different version of genetec video player to run on windows 10 , but none of them was executed , How can I fix this problem?
Is it really true genetec video player cannot run on windows 10 ?
(Genetec used on my system is 5.5 SR3)
