can i use existing gcfactory 4 items already saved on my computer

my new laptop has windows 10 so the greeting cards factory 4 will not work on it. I cannot retrieve items from version 4 because of this.will I be able to retrieve these items if I buy this deluxe disc
or is there another way of being able to use them with a later version.

You can try Transfer MyPC / PC Mover tools to migrate the desired software to new computer.
