FAIL TO INSTALL CUSTOM PRINTER

MAINTOP gives the message "FAIL TO INSTALL CUSTOM Printer" while importing ICC profile.What should I do? Is there anyone who knows how to solve this problem and install the icc profile?

Please specify what Maintop product do you use, Maintop RIP Software or MainTop DTP.
