I have disabled all security protocols on my device to get this software to work, and nothing is happening. I have reinstalled the software, but no matter what I do when I click the connect me button it says "connecting" and never moves beyond it. I am assuming because this is an older device (2008) that my version of windows is in incompatible with the digital lock software, but I need to be able to run the software to write exams. anyone know of an older version of the software that I could use in order to complete my exams?
