Why won't it load MP3's in Windows media Player 12

I have Windows Media Player 12 on a Windows 10 64 bit machine and D'Accord Ichords will not load MP3's. I get an error code 2020

Have you tried contacting D'Accord directly ? There is little to nothing information about such code error over the web.
