I need a version that can run in Wndows 10 and have just downloaded Version 8 which does not run on my PC. The link for the older version 7.7 is empty! Can you please give me a link that runs?

The official website is down, so the only thing you can do is to try reinstalling TMX 8 with compatibility mode, or try some alternative programs like Trados or Deja Vu.
