It's not because of you it's because they are a small company that work with retail and other businesses there's plenty of other radio dealers to go to just get rid of the awr advantage radioss I don't know when they're going to change their mind but it seems like they don't want to give you this product that you've been have been looking for sines 2017 now it's 2024 most likely they don't have a contract like Motorola to give out program software.
