I don't think the software is compatible with the Windows 10 operating system. According to the specifications posted on various versions, the 2004 version of Family Lawyer Deluxe (which is the last one) is compatible with the following versions of Windows: Windows XP, Windows 98, and Windows Me.
You can try to run it, but I don't think it will work properly. Additionally, right-click the setup package and choose Properties > Compatibility. From the drop-down list, select the oldest version of Windows and then try to run it.
