The Membership Plus is now a discontinued application. I've tried to obtain status information about it, and reached a FAQ page with the following data:
When did Membership Plus support end?
Support for Membership Plus ended March 31, 2016.
As you can see, the software is not supported anymore which means you won't have the possibility to obtain new versions.
