The PhotoWise is available for downloading, but I doubt it will run on Windows 7 and higher. I've tried to install it on Windows 10 and the operating system refuses to run it because it's old.
It might have the capability of opening the old files/projects that you have but in no way it will run on modern versions of Windows.
