Trial version does not provide relevant output

Question

I installed this software "Convert PDF to Text Desktop Software" to see how it performs. It says that the trial version only allows to convert 2 pages in each file. However, the conversion I tried did not provide any relevant output, only the following (in the resulting txt file):
