No, this application is developed to work exclusively with the nVidia graphic cards. After the drivers and the software have been installed, reboot the PC and then right click on the desktop then select the Graphics Properties option. It will launch a control panel similar to the nVidia's.
As far as I know, Intel doesn't have something similar to NVIDIA GeForce Experience.
