When I start my laptop it says "Failed to run msiujq32.dll specified module not found"

Question

What is it for and do I need it? Also if not then how do I get rid of the message window?

Please go to Start > Run > Type msconfig and press Enter. A window will appear from where you will need to go to Startup tab. In that window, identify the applications that look suspicious or simply disable everything and then manually check one by one and restart the computer while you're doing it. Eventually, you will identify the application that has problems and only then you can disable it completely or perform a new installation.
