I have three streams/channels embedded/integrated to a web page. Users click on the player embedded in the page & listen. I wish to monitor silent stream for all the three streams. Please suggest how can I achieve the monitoring of silent stream. In the back end these streams are Icecast streams and I have used Virtual audio cable.

It appears that Pira CZ Silence Detector will detect the stream that is currently playing on the default sound card.

I've installed the application, but didn't find any way to set it up to isolate the streams that are currently playing on a HTML page.

I loaded Spotify web and YouTube while playing on the same browser, but Pira CZ Silence Detector analyzed the sound coming as one stream.

Pira CZ can monitor either an audio input or audio output of a PC*: you need the stream to be actively playing via that device. I use VLC to play the stream (so you're playing "network" and not "file" etc) via one sound channel.

If you need to monitor THREE streams, then you'd need each on its own sound device, so in your case, 3 sound devices. (the outputs can be playing to 'nothing', but they do need to be playing)

*Note: if you change the sound device, you may need to restart PiraCZ
