You can't install the Q Enterprise Messenger because the software has been discontinued. Initially, it was acquired by the AT&T and then discontinued and replaced with the AT&T Messenger which you can download from its official website.
While you are on the website, click on the Get Started and follow the instructions to start the installation and configuration process.
