Madeenah Arabic Books current status appears to be discontinued. I've tried locating a setup package or an installation file, but couldn't find anything available.
That's why you receive an error regarding its functionality. However, try launching it in Compatibility Mode. Right click the main executable file and go to Properties > Compatibility. Select a previous version of Windows from the list (preferably Windows XP or Windows 7) and then tick the Run as Administrator option.
This should attempt a possible launch of the software in the Windows 10.
