I don't think there is version 2.0 of Sequence Scanner Software or there is some error in the details because I've checked the official website and the only version available is 1.0 and it's currently compatible with the following Windows releases: Windows XP and Windows 2000.
I am sure that it won't run on 64bit-enabled Windows versions. You can try, but expect for errors when running the installer.
A possibility would be to virtualize one of the versions listed above (preferably Windows XP) and then install it in that environment.
