Yes, Genuine Fractals Professional Edition is an application that is used to enlarge images using different methods and proprietary techniques where a user loads and image and tries to increase its size. While it might look perfect in theory, in practice this won't give you extreme results. Lets say that it works, but don't expect to have a small picture enlarged to more than 4-5 mpx or even higher.
