There is no need to use the Lenovo PC Sync application if you have a Samsung device. Simply connect the phone and enable USB transfer, then you can find the phone as an icon in the Computer section, or press Windows Key + E to start Window Explorer and navigate to your phone using the tree menu on the left.
After you do this, you can copy the contents of the storage devices. To manage other items, install Samsung SmartSwitch.
