The only place where I've found information about the biz²Office Synchronizer is on the Inpunto website. There is a PDF where you can get details about the software and its features with the possibility to contact the developers to see exactly what are the available options to sychronize the data.
This is the only thing I've found close to the biz²Office Synchronizer and its features. Also, if you have the add-on/program installed, go to the installation directory and look for user guides that will provide additional details about the procedure you need.
