Unfortunately, you will have to troubleshoot the software by yourself. To do this, start with the reinstallation, then make sure that all the codecs are installed.
Additionally, look in the installation directory because you'll mostly find user guides available to study. developers add FAQ sections where they troubleshoot issues that might appear while using the software.
