Can Attachmetric tell me who opened a particular attachment?

If I send an attachment to multiple recipients, will Attachmetric show me the names or emails of the recipients who opened the attachment?

Attachmetric doesn't send you the names or the emails of the recipients when the attachments have been opened, but it will tell you IF they've been opened. For each email it generates a secure URL that will display this information.

However, given the official website is no longer in effect, I highly doubt that you will be able to use this application anymore. I've searched for replacements, but couldn't find any available.
