I don't think it's possible to print or obtain anything related to QC3 Playing Cards because the application appears to be discontinued without any possible to download or obtain information about it.
I've searched the web and found only its name without any other resources. If you have it installed, go to Help > About and use the available contact options to get in touch with the developers, if that's still possible.
